Warranty Policy:

We offer a 2-year limited warranty on all smart film products and a 1-year limited warranty on the power converters.

The warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

If a defect occurs within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the defective film and it’s glass free of charge. If the film/glass cannot be repaired or replaced, we will offer a refund of the purchase price.

To claim the warranty, the customer must provide proof of purchase, including the date and place of purchase. The customer must also notify us of the defect within a reasonable time after discovering it.

Our warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is not transferable. It does not cover any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of business, or personal injury.

This warranty is in addition to any rights or remedies that the customer may have under applicable law. Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product, and in no event shall it exceed the purchase price of the product.
